Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How may I get my prescription refilled?
A: We ask that you contact your pharmacy and request a prescription refill. The pharmacy will send the request to us
electronically and we will process your prescription refill. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your request.
Q: What do I do if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
A: We kindly ask that you provide a 48 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so we can offer
that appointment to another patient. Simply call our main office number at 208-887-9500 and ask to speak to our
scheduling staff, or you may cancel and request appointments through our secure patient portal.
Q: Who do I call if I have a question about my bill?
A: If you have questions regarding your bill please call 208-887-9500 and ask to speak to our billing office. Please have
your account number available for our staff so they can help you more efficiently.
Q: Who do I call if I have a medical question?
A: Feel free to call our office at 208-887-9500 and ask to speak to one of our Medical Assistants regarding your medical
questions, or send a secure message through our patient portal. They will be happy to check with our physicians and get
back to you as soon as possible. You can also submit questions through our patient portal if you registered with that
service. We also encourage our patients to write down their questions and bring them to their next appointment.
Q: What if I just need my labs drawn?
A: If you have an order for labs, or are in between appointments and need you labs drawn, you can simply “walk-in” to our
office between the hours of 8 am–12 noon & 1 pm–4 pm. We will draw your blood as quickly as possible, get you on your
way, and have the results ready for your next appointment.
Please do not hesitate to contact our office, or send a secure message through our patient portal, if you have any
questions regarding your appointment or your medical care. We look forward to seeing you soon!
